Es el momento de cambiar un poco la dieta y dedicarte a preparar recetas con \u00e1mbito m\u00e1s refrescante. En esta ocasi\u00f3n te voy a ense\u00f1ar c\u00f3mo preparar un rico helado de marihuana y caf\u00e9. Para ello combinar\u00e9 la t\u00e9cnica tradicional del helado y el carajillo (caf\u00e9 con alcohol) junto con elementos que le proporcionen cremosidad como la nata. De esta forma voy a transformar el tradicional carajillo en un helado casero marihuana con caf\u00e9. Un estupendo postre para refrescarte despu\u00e9s de las comidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\u00bb3_5&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.21.4&#8243; z_index_tablet=\u00bb500&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Primero voy a explicar que es un carajillo. En Espa\u00f1a es algo muy t\u00edpico, pero en el resto del mundo se con otros nombres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El carajillo es una bebida que tiene su origen en Cuba cuando a\u00fan era colonia espa\u00f1ola (1869). Es all\u00ed donde se empez\u00f3 a combinar caf\u00e9 con ron puesto que eran dos de los productos m\u00e1s comercializados por el pa\u00eds (adem\u00e1s de az\u00facar y minerales preciosos).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Desde entonces se sigue utilizando en pr\u00e1cticamente todos los bares de Espa\u00f1a pero con alguna variaci\u00f3n. La manera exacta de preparar un carajillo var\u00eda seg\u00fan la regi\u00f3n o pa\u00eds. En Catalu\u00f1a, por ejemplo, suele presentarse en su forma m\u00e1s sencilla de caf\u00e9 con brandy con el az\u00facar aparte, para que el consumidor lo a\u00f1ada a su gusto. En Castell\u00f3n esta tradici\u00f3n hizo hincapi\u00e9 y fueron muchos los hosteleros que convirtieron el carajillo en la insignia de la casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb2_5&#8243;][et_pb_image admin_label=\u00bbImagen CARAJILLO\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb3.21.4&#8243; z_index_tablet=\u00bb500&#8243; src=\u00bbhttps:\/\/tecnocultivo.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/carajillo-marihuana.jpg\u00bb url_new_window=\u00bbon\u00bb \/][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\u00bb4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.21.4&#8243; z_index_tablet=\u00bb500&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se dedica un tiempo y cuidado especial para preparar este brebaje con el prop\u00f3sito de crear el famoso \u201ccarajillo trif\u00e1sico o cremaet\u201d. En este podemos diferenciar tres capas: la primera desde abajo es el alcohol, en medio est\u00e1 el caf\u00e9, y en la parte superior la espuma del caf\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para realizarlo se calienta y quema el alcohol con buena cantidad de az\u00facar, canela, lim\u00f3n y un grano de caf\u00e9. Aqu\u00ed la esencia del carajillo tradicional. Cuanto m\u00e1s rato quemes el alcohol con el az\u00facar y los componentes, m\u00e1s rico estar\u00e1 y menos fuerte gracias a la evaporaci\u00f3n del alcohol. Despu\u00e9s se a\u00f1ade el caf\u00e9 directo de la cafetera con especial cuidado para mantener las capas entre ellas. Se sirve sin az\u00facar y se puede preparar con ron, wiski o co\u00f1ac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para realizar esta receta de <strong>helado de marihuana con carajillo<\/strong> respetar\u00e9 el proceso tradicional realizando el quemado del alcohol junto con los elementos arom\u00e1ticos. A\u00f1adir\u00e9 un toque cremoso para que el helado de marihuana tome forma. Lo mejor es utilizar poca cantidad e ir subiendo la dosis poco a poco con la pr\u00e1ctica. Yo utilizo Gran Duque de Alba para aportar calidad. Los hay m\u00e1s caros y m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos. Para las primeras veces utiliza un licor m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Usar\u00e9 el doble de caf\u00e9 que de co\u00f1ac.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 cucharada de caf\u00e9 por persona de aceite de marihuana o derivado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">150gr de az\u00facar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 vasos de nata.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 yemas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Corteza Lim\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #30b131;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo preparar helado de marihuana y caf\u00e9 o carajillo?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una vez tengas todos los elementos necesarios para el helado de marihuana, ponte manos a la obra.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Primero pon a calentar el co\u00f1ac a fuego lento junto con un par de trocitos de corteza de lim\u00f3n, 100gr de az\u00facar, un tronco de canela y dos o tres granos de caf\u00e9. Reserva los otros 50gr para montar la nata.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al mismo tiempo, prepara una la cantidad de caf\u00e9 que vas a necesitar. Recuerda, el doble de caf\u00e9 que de co\u00f1ac. Si tienes nespresso o una cafetera express lo tienes hecho. Si no es el caso hazlo a la vieja usanza.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Deja que suba la temperatura poco a poco para que el licor vaya absorbiendo los sabores y tenga la temperatura necesaria para proceder a flambear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mientras la mezcla de licor coge temperatura, en un recipiente a\u00f1ade la mitad del az\u00facar reservado (25gr) y con la otra mitad monta la nata. Una vez la nata coja la textura gu\u00e1rdala en la nevera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al az\u00facar sobrante a\u00f1ade las yemas. Remueve y monta bien la mezcla creando hasta que quede homog\u00e9nea.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Llegados a este punto tienes: por un lado el licor calentando, por otro, la nata montada enfriando en nevera y en otro recipiente aparte las yemas montadas con el az\u00facar. Con un mechero de soplete dirige la llama a la mezcla de co\u00f1ac y el resto de componentes sin miedo. El prendido es muy suave, no te preocupes por tus cejas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con la ayuda de una cuchara bastante larga remueve sin dejar que el fuego se apague. Si se apaga vuelve a encender. Esta operaci\u00f3n la tienes que realizar con el fog\u00f3n con el fuego ya apagado y durante un tiempo. Por un lado mezcla la nata montada con las yemas y el az\u00facar. Por otro lado a\u00f1ade el caf\u00e9 caliente al flambeado de licor y d\u00e9jalo reposar hasta que se enfr\u00ede un poco y pase a temperatura ambiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por un lado tienes la mezcla del caf\u00e9 y por otro la mezcla que le va a dar el toque de <strong>helado de marihuana<\/strong>.
